Prettying up the landscape

Blending extention cords into the landscape..

 

 

 

Outside cords can be slightly and a tripping hazard.  After looking at the cords and pondering - how it would look better, I came up with an idea! I took a piece of wood and stuck it down through the middle of the black container (the container whole was already there)..I hammered the wood down into the ground.  I pulled the cord out as far as I needed it in both directions and wrapped the cord around the wood..Tada...it blends into my flower bed. No ugly cords across my yard. I don't have to worry about where to hang or having to see the excess cord, yuck!
